GRATINADO DE SURIMI Y PALMITOS




INGREDIENTES :


•2 botes de palmitos
•1 paquete de surimi troceado
•100g de queso gruyer rallado
•250ml de nata liquida
•1 c.cafe de maizena
•1 c.cafe de curry
•sal/pimienta



ELABORACION:


Engrasar una fuente para horno. Precalentar el horno 210º.

Poner en la fuente los palmitos troceados y el surimi
Diluir la maizena en 1 cuchara de agua fria.
Incorporarla a la nata y al curry. Salpimentar.
Verter en la fuente, espolvorear el queso encima.

Gratinar al horno 25 mn. Servir a la salida del horno

  1. Hola!!!. Ese gratinado tiene una pinta estupenda! Pero tengo una duda: qué tipo de surimi compras?... es que, me encanta la cocina, pero la verdad es que no estoy muy puesta. El surimi me recuerda a las gulas, que son surimi y me vuelven loca (las de La Gula del Norte son una delicia y ese es el surimi que conozco), pero supongo que eso será otra cosa o se le puede echar guals?
